Free shipping to America and European countries.
Before the product is shipped, the product photo is sent to the customer by e-mail.
All orders received for items in production ship within 2-4 weeks.
A tracking number will be provided via e-mail when the product is shipped.
The carrier transit time is 3-5 business days.

Damage Policy

All our products are insuranced on transportation
In case of any damage , please contact us or the shipping courier, asap.
We can gladly help on replacement as soon we have the details and related product pictures after damage.
Please follow your order with your tracking number until the package arrives to you and check for any damage as soon as you receive.
In order to avail the claim, the incident should take place within the insurance policy period which is 30 days after delivery date.
